We provide same day delivery for Newborn Gifts and Hampers in Singapore, simply ensure that your order is placed before our cutoff time, and we will ensure that your get well soon gift reaches your loved one promptly.


Can I add a personalised message for Newborn Gifts?

Absolutely! We encourage you to include a personalised message with your Newborn Gift to convey your heartfelt messages to mum and baby. At the cart out page, simply fill in the Gift Card Message Box and your wishes will be included in your gift.


Is there a delivery fee for Newborn Gifts?

The delivery charge is at S$10.70 (incl. GST) per recipient per single location. Due to security regulations imposed on these areas (Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road), we may need to contact the recipient 1-2 days in advance to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.


How do I make changes to, or cancel my Newborn Gift?

If you need to make changes to your Newborn Gift, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests depending on the status of your order and items involved.

Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time for Singapore delivery. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable. The full purchase amount will apply if the order has been delivered.
