Cancellations and Refunds

• Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time for Singapore delivery. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.

• The full purchase amount will apply if the order has been delivered.

• Please contact our BTW E-Commerce Team at enquiry@btw.sg at least 24 hours before delivery. Our business operating hours on Monday to Friday is from 8.30am to 6pm and Saturday from 8.30am to 2pm. We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

• Any refunds on orders will be processed and completed between 2-3 working weeks approximately. Hence, it may not be reflected immediately on your up-coming card statement.
