Due to security regulations imposed on these areas (Marina Bay Sands, Sentosa, Jurong Island, and restricted airline and cargo areas such as Airport Cargo Complex and Airline Road), we may need to contact the recipient 1-2 days in advance to apply for a special delivery pass for our driver to make the delivery.

If you need to make changes to your get well hampers, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your requests depending on the status of your order and items involved.

Cancellation of orders must be made 24 hours in advance before the delivery time for Singapore delivery. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable. The full purchase amount will apply if the order has been delivered.
